Beautiful pantry design ideas

Moody Pantry

Every woman dreams of a pantry that is attached to her kitchen. It doesn’t only serve as practical space to store away all those things you don’t want to take up space in your kitchen but its also a little space you can make beautiful and your own, a little oasis if you will. Here is a collection of some of my favourite pantries that I have seen, I hope they give you some inspiration for your own pantry design!

What is a pantry?

You might ask yourself what a pantry is, and what is should be used for? A pantry is a designated storage space that is usually attached to the kitchen. It is meant to store non perishable foods, beverages or other household items. Having an organized pantry can help you achieve a clutter free kitchen, help with meal planning or keeping track of inventory.

A moody pantry design

Justin and Chelsi from the blog Laine and Layne absolutley outdid themselves with this stunning corner pantry. They have a whole blog post with all the details on the pantry design. From the paint colour they chose to all the finishing touches its a masterpiece. I especially love the spice rack they made and the beautiful cafe curtain.

Beautiful and practical

The old world charm, and practically in this walk in pantry design flows so well together. It’s a functional space to store her jars, groceries and also things like pots and pans. The curtains tie it all together and also allow for lots of storage. Cami from Tidbits & Company revealed their pantry in her blog with all the details to go along with it. I also especially love the arched doorway that allows you take a peek into this beautiful space.

Transitional pantry

A clean transitional pantry design that is so stunning and classic designed by Maison Blonde. A dreamy creamy cabinet colour paired with brass touches, open shelving and vertical shiplap is a match made in heaven in my books. The arched doorway adds character and charm adding a unique feature in this stunning kitchen.

High ceilings and shelving

Wow! Was what I said when I saw this scroll stopper pantry. Im sure every girl dreams of a pantry like this someday, I know I sure do. The colour used on the cabinets and shelving, ship lap, a ladder, vintage decor pieces and dishes add so much character and charm. This pantry was well thought out from wood work, to every detail, making this space was so well done!

A clean pantry design

If you can’t tell yet I seem to be drawn to green pantries and arched doorways! But how can you not? This pantry design is clean, trendy and perfectly executed. I love the simplicity of it, yet it serves a purpose. The lighting used, a centred sink and open shelve tie this space by Staged for Upsell together.

A classic pantry design

Tori from Fraiche Living designed this stunning classic pantry that is bright, so functional and absolutely beautiful. I fell in love with the chandelier, the hardware used and the finishing touches throughout. The extra oven, extra sink and cool drawer is such a genius idea. When beauty and functionally meet you get Toris Pantry!

Studio McGee pantry

Last but not least I cannot forget the Studio McGee Pantry. This transitional design sporting antique pocket doors, handcrafted tiles and brass hardware has so much visual interest. The dark counter add warms and depth and the creamy cabinets brighten yet warm the space as well. Such a beautiful space designed by such a talented designer!

These spaces sure inspired us in our own pantry design and I can’t wait to show you all the details once we have fully finished the space. Follow along to see more!
