Cream biscuits

These flakey soft biscuits will be on repeat once you realize how fast and easy they are to make. They are whipped up in minutes and only bake for 10 in the oven.

We love them for breakfast or to go with a soup or a comfort food meal.

Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 salt

1 1/2 cups heave cream

Preheat oven to 450 F. Combine ingredients and knead briefly just until dough is smooth. Roll the dough so it’s about 3/4 inch thick. Then cut out biscuits and place on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10 min and enjoy when they are still warm!
