1. Crochet Eggs
This looks like a fun and unique idea if you are into knitting and crocheting. Use wooden or foam eggs to make them reusable year after year.
2. Hand Painted Botanical
How beautiful are these botanical eggs? If you are into drawing and more talented than me in this area then give it try!
3. Modpodge Eggs
This is one of my favorite ways to decorate eggs! All you need is either cooked eggs, modpodge and pretty napkins and you will have beautiful Easter eggs!
4. Tea Dyed Eggs
A great alternative to regular dyed eggs is experimenting with natural dyes, one of them being teas! You can get gorgeous natural colors simply by using different kind of tea bags.
5. Cement look eggs
When I came across this pin I was so intrigued about trying to make cement eggs! They would fit great into a modern organic home.
6. Naturally Died Eggs
Using food as dye is not new but has been used for hundreds of years and I’ve started experimenting with it last year. I was surprised how well it works and I was happy to know that the dyes weren’t harmful for my kids!
7. Golden Touches
This method is so stunning and I will definitely be trying it this year. I will be getting these golden leaves to add the gold touch!
8. Hand Painted Geese
Another great idea if you like painting. How sweet are these geese and daises? They for sure are one of the sweetest eggs I’ve seen.
9. Polka Dot Eggs
Whether using natural or regular dye, polka dots are easy to add and make them so much cuter! Something my kids will love to do this year.
10. Marbled Eggs
These marbled eggs look so luxurious and beautiful! Not much is needed to achieve this look and they are sure to be scroll stopper!
11. Speckled Eggs
Similar to the polka dots, speckled eggs are very similar also easy to do and just elevate regular dyed eggs so much!
12. Onion Skin Eggs
I never thought onion skins could produce such a beautiful color, especially paired with the botanical imprints! This is a must try!
13. Tie Dye Easter Eggs
Tie dye us always a good idea, forget shirts and tote bags and let’s try it out on eggs this year!
14. Antique Decoupaged Eggs
If you like the antique shabby chic look then consider modpodging old paper from books or newspapers to you eggs to get this cool result!
15. Speckled Easter Eggs
This is a great idea for a minimalist or modern organic home! I love the simplicity and texture on these Easter eggs.
16. Pussy Willow
A very unique but very fitting to the season is gluing pussy willow blooms to eggs! I love the texture and the uniqueness of this idea.
17. Twine Wrapped Eggs
Twine wrapping your eggs for Easter this year is a great alternative to dying the eggs and are stunning! Placing them in a bowl mixed with just simple white eggs makes for great decor.
18. Paper Eggs
This is a completely different approach however I love the idea of paper Easter eggs. This will make great decor if hung off something like branches in a vase. It is simple but makes a statement.
